The Wii checkout policy is very simple: just email the Eboard officers (mailto:gsocs-eboard@cs.binghamton.edu) at least 24 hours before your event (earlier if you need the Wii on a weekend), and ask them to add it to the usage table on this page. You should have a room and projector or TV reserved from the CS department or the University beforehand, because GSOCS does not provide these. Your display should accept a standard RCA style video connector or Component Video connector(there is no VGA or DVI connector available).
You must also make arrangements to return the Wii. Be prepared to have to take care of the Wii overnight or over the weekend depending on when you event is scheduled and potential holidays or other date conflicts that may make it more difficult to return the Wii. We will try to work with you in these cases.
